The Third Passport is a second working concept in Daniel Rook’s planned SECTION NINE series.

A passport tied to a dead intelligence officer appears in a live operation under a third identity no service admits creating. Following it means determining whether the identity is a buried asset, a hostile fabrication, or evidence that someone has been operating inside the architecture of multiple services for years.

The project is in concept development and is not yet scheduled for publication.
